Responsibilities Potential to lead small CAD and engineering working groups in the development of drawings, specifications, and estimates for the final design of bridges, walls, and standard minor structures (culverts, entrance structures, etc.). Identify and understand the technical requirements of design projects and implement engineering principles to develop solutions. Participate in technical reviews in the conceptual and final design stages of project development. Conduct interdisciplinary reviews for design coordination and compliance with contract documents. Identify technical differentiators and develop schemas for key project activities. Bachelor's Degree like Civil Engineer or related fields. Master's degree (Desirable) 8-15 years of experience in bridge design and construction.
