Job Description Enable compliance of quality requirements of series productions and manufacturing processes by the use of Quality core tools, Problem Solving, Q-methodologies, applicable state of the art digital quality tools, following Bosch directives and procedures. 8D team leader (lead, manage and coordinate) of customer complaints for manufacturing (FA/SMT). PS Expert & facilitator for all customer complaints in manufacturing Maintenance of quality assurance matrix (QAM) and related Q tools Actively coordinate actions to reduce customer complaints or internal escapes. (Improve systems and procedures (FA/SMT) Drive reduction of internal defect cost (IDC), fall out rate (FOR), Trial & Development (T&D;)



and On-Hold materials by coordinating and assuring the generation of improvement projects (S-CIP, PS or equivalent) for his/her TOP KPIs contributors with his/her MFPx, MFEx, MFOx teams. Assure and reinforce quality controls. Responsible of monitoring Quality controls according to PFMEA. Work together with the SMT/FA group to solve quality issues. Champion of 14-Quality Basics in the VS and owner of P1, P2 and P14. Qualifications Substantial product and manufacturing process knowledge, APQP, PPAP, XFMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO TS 16949 Problem Solving Methods (8D, Fishbone, 5Why, 6Sigma/Shainin, ...) 1-2 Years of Experience in the Manufacturing Quality field or equivalent.
