What You'll Do As a Sales Development Representative, you will operate as a fractional sales lead, responsible for identifying gaps in the company's current marketing and sales approach, building the supporting infrastructure (SOPs, playbooks, and tech stack), and executing a high-impact outbound strategy.



This role is designed for someone who has been there and done that and can comfortably step in, take ownership, and drive results with minimal hand-holding. Your core responsibilities will include the following: Sales Architecture & SOP Building Build the Sales Development function from the ground up, including lead scoring frameworks, outreach cadences, and qualification criteria. Create and document SOPs for outbound calls, email sequences, and LinkedIn social selling in collaboration with the company. Vet, recommend, and configure the appropriate tools (CRM, outreach platforms, data sources) to ensure a scalable sales process. Outbound Strategy & Execution Identify and qualify high-potential leads using LinkedIn, industry databases, and advanced web research to maintain a strong pipeline aligned with the Idóneo Customer Profile (ICP).
