This role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking, hands-on design execution, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. Human-Centered Design: Applies user-centered methodologies to frame problems, ideate solutions, and deliver seamless, intuitive digital experiences across multiple touchpoints. End-to-End UX Design: Leads the creation of user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that align user needs with business goals. UX Research & Insights: Conducts user research, stakeholder interviews,



and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and uncover innovation opportunities. Data-Driven Design: Translates behavioral data and user insights into actionable design strategies aligned with KPIs and measurable outcomes. Works closely with product, engineering, content, legal, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, accessible, and high-quality experiences. Design Tools Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud for rapid ideation, prototyping, and iteration. Design Systems & Accessibility: Contributes to and evolves design systems, ensuring consistency and ADA-compliant solutions across products. English Communication: Professional fluency in English, with the ability to present, articulate design decisions, and handle complex discussions with global stakeholders.
