Design and implement strategies for market penetration.



Establish sales processes and performance metrics to optimize Sales and Client Management Prospect and generate new business opportunities. Open new accounts in Mexico and LATAM. Build strong relationships with key clients and maximize revenue. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, offering tailored solutions. Team Expansion and Development Define market segmentation, prospecting, and client management processes. Collaborate with other departments to align commercial efforts with company objectives. Monitoring and Reporting Track sales pipelines and present performance reports, primarily using SalesForce. Work closely with senior leadership to define growth strategies.
