As an Implementation Consultant under the CApS (Cloud Application Services) Team, you will have the opportunity to be part of the DISW (Digital Industry Software) practice. Contributing to delivering and/or supporting the designed solution for our integral customer's needs. implementation/installation, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, post-production support), and escalating. Work as a key member of the Global Projects Team for support, implementation, and/or deployments. Self-manage daily routine assignments/projects and supervise new scopes lightly. L2/L3 ticket Management, Triage, RCA, Troubleshooting, Escalation, and Documentation (KMDB). Engage with SMEs and support areas for product issues and incident request management. Contribute to the documentation of standards, processes, and policies related to the deployment of technical solutions. Qualifications: As a Siemens Implementation Consultant, you are a technical resource implementing solutions while building strong relationships with project teams and customers, helping them realize their industry vision. This position requires excellent skills in interpersonal communications, process improvement, and software configuration.
