What You Will Do Own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of U.Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and community engagement. Develop talent intelligence for the business by monitoring hiring trends, competitor activity, talent movements, and market insights. Attend recruiting events, industry conferences, university career fairs, and networking opportunities to strengthen Innovamat's presence in the market. Support and execute employer branding initiatives, helping showcase our people, culture, mission, and impact across multiple channels.
