You'll be responsible for: maintaining financial accuracy, managing multi-entity accounting operations, ensuring compliance, and driving structured accounting execution across multiple workflows. or similar systems Manage employee onboarding within payroll platforms Ensure payroll compliance and documentation accuracy Handle payroll adjustments, deductions, reimbursements, and reporting Core Accounting Operations Oversee: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger management, and reconciliations Maintain accurate books across: multiple entities, locations, or business segments Ensure accounting systems remain organized and error-free Support day-to-day accounting execution with strong attention to detail Sales Tax & Compliance Calculate and file U.S. state sales tax accurately and on time Maintain compliance documentation and filing records Ensure adherence to accounting policies and financial procedures Support audits and compliance-related requests when needed Reporting, Analysis & Forecasting Support Build and maintain custom financial reports and dashboards Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives Provide financial insights and variance
