The position and your daily adventures This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we are looking forward to seeing you in our office 2-3 times per week. About the Role We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and autonomous professional to take end-to-end ownership of our B2B Credit vertical. In this role, you will be the ultimate orchestrator of our B2B portfolio: balancing aggressive business growth with robust risk management. you will design, automate, and scale our credit policies, underwriting engines, and data infrastructure,



acting as a key strategic partner for growth, data, and risk leadership. Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the end-to-end business and credit strategy for the B2B vertical, directly impacting company growth and profitability goals. Credit & Underwriting Innovation: Design, optimize, and automate credit policies and underwriting strategies to maximize approval rates while keeping delinquency within target. Portfolio & Risk Governance: Lead the monitoring of high-level credit KPIs. Data Infrastructure & Insights: Architect and maintain advanced data pipelines and BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights to C-level executives and stakeholders. High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional alignment and strategic dialogue with Product, Engineering, Data, Growth, and Sales teams to build scalable credit products.
