Role Objective Lead the Social Media and Influencer strategy to strengthen brand relevance, drive conversation and engagement, and contribute to business objectives across the funnel.
Qualifications
Ability to define and lead the Social Media strategy (organic and paid) aligned with the marketing plan and commercial calendar.
Ability to coordinate creative briefs and content guidelines, ensuring consistency in brand tone and messaging.
Experience overseeing the creation and publishing of social media content (posts, stories, reels, lives, UGC).
Ability to manage budgets allocated to Social Media and Influencers, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
Conversational English.
Basic knowledge of influencer marketing.
Basic knowledge of Social Listening.
Basic understanding and analysis of KPIs: reach, engagement, views, traffic, and conversions.
