The Customer Success Team is responsible for delivering our product to our clients. This includes education, configuration, solution development, and risk strategy to enable our clients to address their pain points. We collaborate with our clients to ensure they have the right solution, build out a strategy and training plan for them,



and then support them through each phase of our client lifecycle. you should be involved in many projects at once and will need to ensure that what is designed has general application and capability of reuse. You need to be responsible for a perform-ant system design and will need to be able to work on troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during the project. You are not expecting to code on a project each day but will be regularly reviewing the code of others and assessing the project status to ensure their solution is being implemented properly.
