Hybrid Full-time Role Summary: As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) , you'll be on the frontlines of our expansion across Latin America—helping businesses of all sizes solve key financial and operational challenges through Payoneer's portfolio of integral payment and financial services. You'll identify and engage high-potential prospects, collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to grow pipeline,



and play a key role in expanding our reach across the region. Launch and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns (calls, LinkedIn, email, video) based on intent signals, regional insights, and buyer personas. Qualify & Educate Prospects Conduct discovery calls to explore business models, payment challenges, cash flow needs, and growth goals. Position Payoneer's value proposition based on regional context and competitor landscape. Surface opportunities, handle objections, and book qualified meetings for Business Development Managers -BDs- and/or Partnership Managers. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with local trends and lead sources. Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure seamless lead handoff, messaging consistency and nurturing.
