and maintain custom integrations between ServiceNow and our platform using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and Flow Designer Build custom workflows, flows, and scripted actions tailored to our business processes — not out-of-the-box module configuration Develop scripted REST APIs (inbound) and REST Message configurations (outbound) for bidirectional data exchange between ServiceNow and our systems Write server-side integration logic — Script Includes, Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Transform Maps, and Import Sets Build Java-based middleware services that bridge ServiceNow with our platform Define and maintain data mapping, transformation logic, and error handling strategies across integration boundaries Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) from architecture to design to development Promote secure development practices with awareness and application of OWASP principles Troubleshoot integration failures
