Telesales Team is engaged in tasks related to customer acquisition, cold calls, and telemarketing. The team is responsible for operational efficiency and data-driven operational decision-making, customer acquisition costs, as well as optimizing internal systems through A/B testing. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to transform how our Telesales team operates — from hiring and retaining the right agents, to detecting fraud, lowering acquisition costs, improving the CRM system through A/B testing, and implementing AI solutions. Challenges that await you: Strengthen and expand the existing analytics framework, ensuring reliable, business-ready data Build dashboards and models to track agents performance, understand costs of telesales, build ops planning system Coordinate analytics-driven processes across stakeholders, making data a core part of operational decisions Analyze performance trends, identify churn drivers and potential fraud, and recommend actionable solutions Improve the CRM client application form with new features, data prefill,
