We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Estimator with specialized expertise in semi-tractor and trailer appraisals. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed appraisals of commercial vehicles, including semi-tractors and trailers. Estimate repair costs using industry-standard software (CCC One, Audatex, Mitchell, or AdjustRite). Document vehicle damage through high-quality photography. Bachelor's degree in law, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Strong knowledge of commercial vehicle construction, repair processes, and parts, as well as inland marine claims (semi-truck and trailer). Proficiency in heavy equipment estimating software and solid understanding of insurance policies, claims workflows,



and accident protocols. Advanced math for cost calculations, intermediate to advanced English (suitable for international negotiations), and strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
