Your Impact: As a Partner Specialist Intern at Deliverect, based in Mexico City, you will play a crucial role in managing channel activations, providing support and updates to reseller partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes. One-year internship with the potential for an extension What you will do: Manage communications internally and externally for 3rd Party Delivery Channel activations with White Label Partners,
including workflows for food delivery platforms like DoorDash (DD), UE (UE), etc. Provide coaching, best practices, and 1:1 training to White Label Partners to maximize their performance. Provide tier 1 support to partners via Slack or email and triage escalations to the support staff. Stay updated on new features and integrations, leading the White Label team on their utilization and providing training to internal and external teams. Project management abilities to successfully prioritise multiple partners with efficiency. A solid technical aptitude to explain and creatively troubleshoot basic Deliverect software applications and technology issues.
