Identify and drive improvements in the performance of existing software through code refactoring. Software Architecture Design:
Design and oversee the architecture of new applications or services, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. Automated Testing Management: Ensure the implementation and maintenance of unit and integration tests to uphold software quality. Lead and participate in code reviews, promoting high-quality standards and sharing knowledge with the team. Facilitate collaboration among developers, designers, and business team members to achieve project goals. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of software architecture principles. Proficient in implementing automated testing.
