As Head of Design, you'll oversee visual and product designers, ensuring cohesive, strategic, and high-quality output.



You'll guide the team to develop solutions grounded in purpose and process, focusing on the why and how behind each decision. This role requires both technical skill in scalable systems and the ability to inspire and cultivate clarity and creativity. Close collaboration with product and marketing teams will be key to aligning design with business goals. Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading design teams (visual and product designers) demonstrating expertise in brand identity, product design, and the process behind achieving design outcomes. Strong ability to communicate and justify design decisions, we want to understand what drives and inspires your work. Experience building and managing design systems and guiding teams in implementing them.
