Tasks / Responsibilities: Leadership & People Management • Lead and develop the LATAM Sales & Service team, providing both disciplinary and functional leadership • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement • Drive workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning across the region • Conduct performance reviews and support the growth and development of direct reports Sales Management • Own and drive sales growth and market expansion across LATAM, with full accountability for achieving defined revenue and profitability targets • Serve as the primary commercial lead for the region, personally managing customer relationships,
