Project Description The high-load platform, which serves mobile applications through BFF and microservice-based architecture, cloud infrastructure, and extensive third-party integrations. The team works on scalable, user-facing products for members and franchise operations, combining frontend engineering, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous product improvement. Technologies React TypeScript Remix Java AWS / cloud platforms What You'll Do Lead the architecture, design, development, and delivery activities of a cross-functional engineering team; Lead the integration of new technologies into existing web applications and digital products; Collaborate with Data, Security, Infrastructure, and Tech Operations teams to support smooth delivery from idea to production; Participate in and lead spikes, POCs,



and technical investigations; Support team growth through technical leadership and direct people management where applicable; Set and maintain high standards for engineering quality, delivery efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
