You'll participate in discovery sessions, document workflows, and contribute to solution proposals under the guidance of senior architects. This is a hybrid role where you'll build skills in both strategic and technical areas: process mapping, requirements gathering, tool configuration, and project coordination. This role is designed for someone eager to grow into a senior architect position over time by gaining exposure to client-facing solution design, workflow optimization, and automation strategy.



Support senior architects in preparing solution documentation, project plans, and client-facing materials. Assist in configuring and testing CRM, helpdesk, and automation platforms to ensure solutions work as designed. Maintain internal knowledge bases, SOPs, and training resources. Support project tracking, reporting, and communication across stakeholders. A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in implementations, project management, or technical solution deployment. Familiarity with CRM and helpdesk tools (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Gorgias, Salesforce) and an interest in automation tools (e.g., Experience with project management or collaboration tools like ClickUp, Jira, or similar.
