THE ROLE The role is for a Business Development Representative to prospect and contact potential clients through various channels with the goal of scheduling discovery calls on behalf of our sales people.



Valatam's clients are growing US and Canadian businesses with remote entry-level vacancies or a high volume of computer/telephone tasks. Provided your work generates 5 qualified sales calls per week, you are free to work as and when you please , until this KPI is met you are expected to complete the below activities: Adding 40 vetted leads to our outreach tool (Apollo.io) personalized email sequences & LinkedIn sequences daily. Keeping Hubspot CRM updated. Manual follow-ups by phone/email/LinkedIn. Experimenting with FB/Twitter outreach. Community and awareness building (responding to Quora, LinkedIn, blog posts recommending our services). Attend sales huddles and trainings with enthusiasm, a genuine love for sales and a yearning for learning. C1/C2 English writing and speaking skills. Experience with Hubspot, apollo.A quiet home office with a desk and office chair. Stable internet with at least 10 MBPS download & 2 MBPS upload speed. Access to a quiet "home office".
