Role Summary This role is part of the Strategic Projects Team, responsible for identifying and leading high‐impact strategic projects that align with business objectives, market trends, and technological developments. The position works cross‐functionally to evaluate risks and opportunities related to product performance, mechanical integrity, and regulatory compliance. The role collaborates closely with sales engineers to support technically complex bids and customer engagements. It translates customer requirements and market needs into clear, actionable engineering deliverables and project scopes. The position acts as a liaison between commercial and technical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of specifications related to thermal performance, airflow, pressure drop, materials, ancillary components, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance. The engineer coordinates with R&D;, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to product safety, energy efficiency standards, and environmental regulations. In addition,



the role helps define project timelines (in collaboration with project management), resource requirements, and milestones, and manages execution to ensure on‐time delivery. The position provides clear and regular communication to senior leadership on project status, key risks, and strategic value. Scope of Responsibility This role will participate in the end-to-end workflow to ensure suitably designed / engineered products, and the compliance thereof: Intake of request → feasibility review → specification → supplier/material selection → production coordination with PMO → prototype quality checks → delivery documentation/closeout. Key Responsibilities Participate in the end‐to‐end execution of strategic projects and custom‐engineered products, ensuring smooth handoffs from request through production completion. Ensure quality requirements are met through inspections, test plans (as needed), and root‐cause analysis and corrective actions
