We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead commercial development and expand Exoticca's presence in the Mexican market, focus on Monterrey location. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, strengthening commercial relationships, and achieving established revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Design and execute the commercial strategy within the assigned territory. Represent Exoticca at trade fairs, industry events, training sessions, and FAM trips. Deliver commercial presentations and product training sessions (both in-person and virtual).



Manage sales pipeline and reporting through Salesforce CRM. Prepare weekly sales activity reports and monthly expense reports. Active portfolio of Travel Agencies or Travel Advisors in the local market. Experience in consultative sales and long-term relationship development. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred). English/Spanish lesson, bi-annual company parties.
