Job Description What Your Impact Will Be: Support the Quality and Compliance oversight process for Mattel branded toys and consumer products sold by licensees in the LATAM region. Work with licensees and 3rd party laboratories to conduct safety evaluations and provide product specifications to ensure product expectations and requirements are understood and met. Review and approve test results from licensees and 3rd party laboratories. Maintain awareness and knowledge of local, international and voluntary regulations, standards and proposals for product safety. Assist licensees in monitoring and controlling crucial processes for components critical to safety of the product. Travel (local and international) as needed to licensees, manufacturing facilities and Mattel offices to support training and product approval process.
Knowledgeable in quality assurance and defect prevention. Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese a plus.
