Role Overview: We're looking for a Senior Engineer (L3) to join our team — someone who thrives on solving complex problems, mentoring others, and making meaningful technical decisions. You'll bring deep technical expertise, especially in SPA frameworks and accessibility, and play a key role in shaping engineering culture and architecture decisions. Use your expertise to determine feasibility of testing tools and ensure accessibility best practices in all projects. Expertise in modern web technologies and strong knowledge of emerging tools and systems. 5+ years experience with SPA frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, etc.); Extensive A/B testing experience using tools like Convert.io, Dynamic Yield, and Optimizely. Solid understanding of accessibility standards, including ARIA roles, focus management, and semantic HTML. Proven track record of influencing engineering decisions and mentoring others into experts.
