We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Payments Analyst with a basic understanding of payment gateways in Latin America to join our team. The idóneo candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills to identify, analyze, and communicate any anomalies in payment processing. Additionally, they will be responsible for proposing continuous improvements in payment processes, collaborating with various teams to ensure that transactions are conducted securely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities: -Monitor daily transactions across different payment gateways,



identifying errors or irregularities. -Detect and analyze payment-related issues, such as rejections or potential fraud. -Propose continuous improvements based on payment metrics analysis, sharing key information for strategic decision-making. -Communicate findings and solutions to both internal teams and external clients and vendors, facilitating quick resolution of anomalies. -Support the implementation of new payment methods and expansion into new markets in LATAM.
