The GMEX Inventory Planning and SPM team at Grainger is responsible for inventory planning, purchasing, supplier performance and field support. The Sr Mgr leads a team responsible for ensuring strong product availability, purchasing governance and excess management across all locations in Mexico. Scope of responsibility includes managing over $2B MXN spend across 140+ suppliers to support $1B MXN in inventory across 18 locations.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach,



and develop a 20+ member team across multiple Supply Chain functions, including three leaders.
Drive employee performance through hiring, development, feedback, and corrective actions.

Strategic & Operational Planning

Build and execute short- and long-term inventory plans to ensure availability, minimize excess, and stabilize supply.
Oversee $2B MXN in purchases across 140+ suppliers to support ~$4B MXN in sales.
Develop and maintain reporting and analytics, enhancing end-to-end reporting capabilities for better visibility into GMEX performance.

Decision-Making & Governance

Make independent decisions on products, services, and operational programs.
Interpret policies and recommend changes that impact costs, processes, and business outcomes.

Cross-Functional Projects & Execution

Lead complex initiatives requiring advanced analysis and crossfunctional collaboration.
Design and deliver large-scale inventory projects with senior business
