Your Job

As a Sourcing Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting profitable and uninterrupted mass production by managing sourcing strategies, supplier performance, and material availability. You will partner closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure customer commitments are met while driving cost optimization, supplier development, and supply continuity. Our Team

You will join our sourcing team supporting operations, where we manufacture automotive antennas, USB modules, and wireless charging solutions. Our team works closely with general suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure materials are available, costs remain competitive, and customer expectations are consistently met. This is a highly collaborative environment where strong partnerships and problem-solving capabilities are valued. Based on the hiring manager's input,



the team is looking for someone interested in the products we manufacture and motivated to build strong supplier relationships.

What You Will Do

Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to support sourcing activities throughout serial production.
Manage supplier relationships to ensure competitive costs, capacity availability, lead-time performance, and continuity of supply.
Drive negotiations and commercial discussions with suppliers while ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve sourcing processes, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate supply risks and resolve material shortages that may impact production.
Support category strategy execution and align sourcing activities with business objectives and plant priorities.
