About the job
Goods & Services is looking for a Tech Lead (Event-Driven Architecture) to define and guide the platform’s event-driven architecture, establishing scalable patterns, standards,



and technical direction across multiple engineering teams. This role will drive key architectural decisions, ensure consistency across services and integrations, and enable teams to build reliable solutions against a stable, scalable foundation.
What you’ll do:
Own and guide architecture decisions across multiple engineering workstreams, ensuring consistency with the overall event-driven platform strategy.
Establish and govern event-driven architecture standards, including event infrastructure, schema management, messaging patterns, error handling, and standardized event structures.
Define and maintain domain event contracts and schemas to ensure consistency, compatibility, and scalability across current and future platform capabilities.
Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to define production rollout strategies, including traffic-ramp criteria, validation requirements, and stabilization periods.
