How the day will look like
As a Regional Compensation Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and supporting compensation and benefits initiatives across multiple countries in the region. You will partner closely with HR,



Finance and business leaders to ensure compensation decisions are accurate, consistent, and aligned with policy, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
You will:
Support the planning and execution of annual and cyclical compensation processes (e.g., merit reviews, promotions, incentive payouts) through data preparation, validation, tracking, reporting and issue resolution.
Analyze and interpret compensation and market data to provide recommendations on salary ranges, pay positioning, promotions, adjustments and job offers.
Coordinate and administer regional compensation and benefits programs, maintaining accurate records, templates, trackers, and documentation for audit and governance purposes.
Respond to compensation‑related inquiries from HR and business stakeholders, using sound judgment to provide practical guidance and escalating complex or sensitive cases when appropriate.
