About the Position:
We are looking for a Plant Controller to join the Finance, Interior Division team, reporting directly to the Finance Director.
This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes (PIVA).
As the Plant Controller at Marelli, you will be responsible/support/elevate.....
Your Responsibilities will be:
Manage and supervise all aspects of plant financial information,
Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, budgets, and variance reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
Implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Preparation of the annual budgeting process and monthly Forecast for the manufacturing facility, collaborating with functional departments
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including labor, material, and overhead, to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
Developing and analyzing key performance indicators and Controlling tools for controlling business processes
Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate responses to auditor requests.
What Qualifications you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
