Role Description The ERP Solution Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexicali, BCN. This role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing ERP solutions to support business processes across functions such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer support. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing business requirements, translating them into system designs, performing system testing, and coordinating deployments and enhancements.



The ERP Solution Analyst collaborates with stakeholders to resolve system issues, provide user training and documentation, and ensure data integrity and compliance with internal standards. The role also involves continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities within the ERP environment.
Qualifications
SAP
systems analysis and configuration skills, including experience gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Business process knowledge in areas such as,
end-to-end materials and warehouse management processes,
with the ability to map processes to SAP functionality.
Data management and reporting skills, including data validation, query development, and familiarity with analytics or BI tools.
