How the day will look like
As a Regional Compensation Senior Specialist, you will play a senior, hands‑on role in delivering Compensation & Benefits activities across the region.



You will lead or co‑lead key workstreams in annual and cyclical processes, provide advanced analytics and recommendations, and serve as a primary point of contact for regional stakeholders on compensation topics.
You will:
Lead or co‑lead annual compensation cycle activities (merit, promotions, incentives) through end‑to‑end data preparation, validation, testing, reconciliation, reporting, communications support, and issue resolution.
Analyze and interpret compensation and market data to provide recommendations on salary structures, pay positioning, adjustments, offers, and program design, ensuring alignment with policies, internal equity, and market practice.
Oversee complex compensation and benefits data, templates, trackers, and reporting, ensuring data quality, consistency, auditability, and readiness for governance and leadership reviews.
Act as a senior point of contact for compensation and benefits queries from People Partners, HR Operation
