Intugo, in partnership with a U.S.-based company, is looking for an experienced Payroll, Compliance & HR Coordinator to join its team.
This is a senior-level position that combines Payroll Administration, Compliance Management, and Human Resources responsibilities.
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced professional who can take ownership of all three functions, work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll
Collect, review, and coordinate weekly timecards for approval, following up on discrepancies before payroll processing.
Process weekly payroll and prepare pre-check registers for review and approval.
Reconcile payroll totals, including net pay, taxable wages, expenses, and deductions.
Coordinate employee expense reports and reimbursements.
Maintain accurate payroll records, rate changes, and deductions.
Support payroll-related audits and record reconciliation.

Compliance
Coordinate subcontractor and vendor compliance onboarding and documentation.




Manage insurance documentation and Certificates of Insurance (COIs), including tracking and renewals.
Maintain organized and audit-ready compliance records.
Support internal and external compliance audits.
Coordinate with external compliance partners and internal teams to ensure documentation remains current.

Human Resources
Support recruiting activities, including drafting job postings, coordinating with recruiters, and scheduling interviews.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, system setup, and orientation coordination.
Support benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR files.
Serve as a first point of contact for employee-related questions and escalate when appropriate.
Support policy administration and help maintain current HR processes and employee handbook documentation.
