About the Role
We're hiring a Medication Intake Review Specialist to join our clinical operations team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured, detail-heavy environments and enjoys playing a mission-critical role in ensuring patients get exactly what they need—on time and without errors. You will be responsible for reviewing patient intake forms, selecting the appropriate dosing and vial configuration based on the patient's needs and medical history,



and preparing these for provider review. Additionally, you'll be tasked with updating medication dosing, coordinating changes to shipping schedules or pharmacy fulfillment, and keeping internal records and partner communications fully accurate. This role is repetitive but essential, requiring fast processing without sacrificing attention to detail. Key Responsibilities
Review new patient intake records for accuracy and completeness
