We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to
the overall success of our products. You will join a team of talented tech writers who work
collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to help deliver our products to the market.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Work with the technical implementation teams to understand the product document
requirements and be responsible for creating and editing high-quality technical documentation
detailing Hardware and Software solutions.
● Assist in the creation, processing and submission of documentation required for compliance




with our Quality Management System.
● Help establish and continuously improve the standardization and simplification of technical
writing processes, procedures, and style guidelines.
● Contribute to documentation development lifecycle improvements that enable the efficient
delivery of quality documentation content across the organization.
● Convert legacy/previous formatting to the latest formatting/style guidelines.
● Create documentation based on standardized templates and analyze and edit content to
maintain continuity of style and content.
● Assess the audience needs for whom the technical and procedural documentation is intended; adjusting tone and technical terms used to meet those needs and to ensure understanding.
● Conduct document reviews and collect input from stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the
technical documentation.
