SKILLS:

Supports and optimizes Epic Ambulatory workflows for outpatient and specialty care. Provides operational support, resolves issues, and implements enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage support tickets and troubleshoot application issues.
Monitor integrations with related Epic modules.
Gather requirements and configure workflow improvements.
Participate in upgrades and testing.
Optimize clinical documentation tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Healthcare, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Epic Ambulatory Certification.
4–8 years of Epic Ambulatory or outpatient support experience.
Knowledge of ambulatory workflows and related Epic modules.
