Role Description The Channel Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mexico City. This role is responsible for managing and growing relationships with channel partners, including resellers and strategic alliances, to drive sales of KIO’s solutions and services. Day-to-day activities include identifying new channel opportunities, coordinating partner enablement activities, monitoring performance metrics,



and supporting partners with product information, proposals, and deal coordination. The Channel Specialist will collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to align channel strategies, optimize go-to-market plans, and ensure consistent communication. This role also involves preparing reports, analyzing channel performance, and providing recommendations to improve partner engagement and revenue growth.
Qualifications
