Job Type: Contract to Hire (6-month initial engagement)
Location: Remote — Mexico
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, adaptable to CST
Experience Level: 5+ years
Compensation: MX$58,000 – 75,000/month, commensurate with depth of experience (open to a higher range for the right skillset — technical fit matters more than budget)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong hands-on experience across both PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter — this is a dual-module requirement, not a nice-to-have.



The role is roughly 80% configuration work: designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting Guidewire solutions for insurance applications. Candidates must be able to commit upfront to the full 6-month engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Guidewire PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter applications.
Work on Guidewire configuration, customization, workflows, rules, UI, and integrations.
Develop solutions using Gosu and Guidewire application frameworks.
Configure policy, product, underwriting, claims, billing, and related insurance processes.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in design, development, code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.
Troubleshoot application and integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
