Employee main responsibility will be to perform laboratory daily analysis to
support production special processes: chemical process, coating analysis and
incoming inspection; as lead technician the employee is responsible to perform
all routine test and provide input and support for engineering projects and
production problems resolution, will take ownership on production services and
work towards continuous improvement of testing. This analysis will include but
will not be limited to: solution analysis (manual and automatic titration),
gravimetric analysis, spectrometry, metallography, etc., also will include
chemical handling, solution preparation, laboratory equipment use and
participation in preventive maintenance routines, as well as equipment failure
resolution and suppliers contact.
