A Snapshot of Your Day
As a member of Grid Technologies Substations, you will be responsible for fulfilling accounting, forecasting, budgeting, month end closing, performance reviews and reporting requirements while coordinating, reviewing, analyzing, and consolidating feedback to your internal customers and stakeholders.
How You’ll Make An Impact
You will gain valuable experience and knowledge in these areas while working with regional teams:
Co-leading the projects together with Project Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results (e.g. improvement in project gross profit, improve cash management, assets position and financing instruments).
Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status meetings and ensures the accuracy of the commercial project data and records.
Support on project purchasing and logistics topics (eg.coordinating with customs clearing agents, coordination with relevant team members etc…)
Create and update power BI dashboards.
Responsibility to comply and / or enforce the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality). – Mandatory for all positions in Mex, auditable
What You Bring
University Degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or related.
Professional Experience: University graduate 1 to 3 years of experience working in commercial project management activities.
Technical Knowledge: Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and eager to learn commercial project management activities.
Upper intermediate or Advanced English / Native speaker Spanish
Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, communication and leadership.
