Resumen del Puesto:

The Controls Engineer supports the maintenance automated equipment used to release production parts within the plant.

Funciones Esenciales:

Coordinate, supervise,



and participate in all test stand activities in support of manufacturing, including procurement, runoff, gage R&R;, programming, calibration, troubleshooting, modification, and maintenance.
Design and manage process support systems to maximize equipment up-time and availability (OEE).
Daily support to work teams in the area of calibration and test.
Develop/extend system for real-time data acquisition. Analyze process data for capability and process optimization potential.
Assure equipment compliance to all safety standards and regulations.
Supports IATF-16949 activities
Assist in the data collection system in order to provide quality information
The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when he/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.
Support PSA activities and procedures with team members
Perform all those activities that by the nature of the position are required
