Role Overview
The iScala Technical Analyst is responsible for the analysis, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and ongoing support of iScala ERP changes and related technical services. You will work closely with IT technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and help ensure the platform continues to support day-to-day operations.
What will you do?
Perform technical analysis, design, testing, documentation, and implementation of changes to iScala ERP services, solutions, and processes.
Provide technical support for iScala users and work with IT technical teams to resolve incidents, defects, and service issues.
Investigate and troubleshoot issues across iScala ERP, databases, and external integrations, including root cause analysis.
Support iScala Edge Apps, advanced functionality, localization requirements, and electronic invoicing processes where applicable.
Develop and maintain reports, interfaces, and automation using MS SQL Server 2019, SSRS, SSIS, SQL programming, and Epicor Service Service Connect.
Participate in system upgrades, patching, deployment activities, and testing across Build, SIT, UAT, and production environments.
