This is a senior full-stack product engineering role focused on building reliable, production-grade web software from end to end.
You’ll work in a small, highly accountable engineering pod alongside product and domain experts.
The role spans frontend, backend, databases, cloud infrastructure, testing, and production operations.
You’ll turn ambiguous requirements into clear, testable solutions and own features through deployment and monitoring.
AI-assisted development, code review, and QA are embedded into the engineering workflow, enabling faster and higher-quality delivery.

Accountabilities
Own product features end to end,



from clarifying ambiguous requirements and defining acceptance criteria through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
Collaborate closely with product owners and domain experts to translate business and customer needs into technically sound, buildable solutions.
Develop across the full stack, working with React and TypeScript/Node.js on the frontend and services layer, PostgreSQL for data, and event-driven systems running on AWS.
Build reliable, maintainable software using clean engineering practices and contribute to architectural and implementation decisions across the product.
Write and maintain automated tests, including unit tests and Playwright end-to-end tests, as an integral part of the development lifecycle.
Leverage AI coding agents, AI-assisted code review, and AI-driven QA tools as core components of the engineering workflow to increase development velocity and quality.
