What We're Looking For:
As ou Business Process Analyst you will be a key player in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of Zebra's internal business processes. Your role will be critical in driving change, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Mexico, the United States,



and other regions to optimize our operations. You won't just analyze data; you will lead initiatives that directly impact how we deliver value to our customers and partners. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams in process improvement efforts, coordinating with stakeholders across general teams and customers.
Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma).
Work proactively to identify and suggest opportunities to improve process effectiveness and efficiency in the assigned business unit.
Conduct root cause analysis of process failures.
Capture current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.
Document agreements and own the drafting and revision of new
