Unique Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (oral and written).
Availability to work 2nd Shift.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Knowledge of Electrical manufacturing processes.
Experience with DRDI routines, Order Alterations, Redlines, Visual Aids, Work Instructions, and engineering change implementation.
Experience managing and executing Quality Improvement Projects and shop floor quality initiatives.
Experience with PQ validation of First Articles (FAI) and work order requirements.
Experience implementing and sustaining repetitive DRDI corrective actions.
Experience leading and supporting the QCIP Stamp Delegation Process.
Experience coordinating and leading First Article Follow-Up Meetings.
Experience driving manufacturing and quality initiatives impacting shop floor performance, compliance, and productivity.
Experience with root cause analysis,



corrective actions, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, regulatory compliance, and aerospace quality standards.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. 3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Other PQL 102 . Other PQL 097 . Other Quality Tools training . Other Project Management . Other Yellow Belt preferred.
