We have an immediate need for a Buyer in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

The Role:
The Buyer is responsible for procuring goods and services necessary for the operation and growth of the company. This role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services while adhering to company policies and budgetary guidelines. This position requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.

The Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Supplier Selection: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on price, quality, delivery, and reliability.
Negotiation and Contract Management:



Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions. Manage existing contracts and ensure compliance.
Purchase Order Processing: Create, manage and process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that sufficient stock is available to meet operational needs while minimizing carrying costs.
Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new technologies in the telecommunications industry.
Cost Savings Initiatives: Identify opportunities to reduce costs through strategic sourcing, negotiation, and process improvements.
Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliable supply and favorable terms.
