An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Manager to join our Americas business based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Reporting to the General Manager Americas (or equivalent Finance Head), this role will lead the finance function, ensure strong financial governance, deliver strategic financial insight, and support sustainable business growth within a dynamic fresh produce export environment. The successful candidate will be a commercially astute finance leader with strong technical expertise, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and drive continuous improvement. Key Performance Outputs Financial Planning, Budgeting & Reporting Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes
Review financial dashboards, management reports and cash flow analyses
Analyse financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Review monthly reconciliations and management accounts
Approve journals and corrective financial adjustments
Monitor budget performance and investigate variances




Facilitate annual external audits and support internal audit requirements
Ensure compliance with financial policies and legislation across multiple jurisdictions
Conduct financial evaluations and feasibility assessments for new projects
Cash Flow & Treasury Management Manage daily, weekly and monthly cash flow requirements
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts
Optimise liquidity and working capital
Maintain relationships with banks and treasury partners
Monitor foreign exchange exposure and implement approved mitigation strategies
Debtors, Creditors & Settlement Oversight Lead debtor and creditor management processes
Review aged receivables and payables
Ensure reconciliations are completed accurately and on time
Oversee grower settlements and related financial controls
Ensure all sales, recoveries, supplier costs and adjustments are accurately processed
