This role offers the opportunity to become a senior technical expert in ServiceNow HRSD, shaping digital solutions that improve the employee experience and modernize HR service delivery.
You will design, develop, configure, and maintain scalable solutions while translating complex business needs into effective technology outcomes.
The position combines ServiceNow expertise with automation, AI-enabled self-service, and enterprise integrations.
You will collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort.
You will also contribute to the evolution of tools such as NowAssist and Moveworks, helping deliver smarter and more efficient employee support.
Beyond technical delivery, you will provide knowledge transfer, troubleshoot critical issues, and help establish sustainable development practices.

Accountabilities
Design, develop, configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD solutions that meet business requirements while following platform best practices and technical standards.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into scalable, reliable technology solutions.
Provide technical estimates, timelines, delivery plans, and recommendations for ServiceNow HRSD initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert across HRSD capabilities, including Case Management, Knowledge Management, Employee Center Pro, Lifecycle Events and Journeys, HR integrations, and Employee Document Management.
